With over a decade of experience in Real Estate, I bring a proven track record of success to Konnect Property.
My journey began in property management, overseeing Rent Central Parklands at Sherwood. Quickly demonstrating leadership potential, I spearheaded the opening of Pradella's flagship "Riverside Gardens" complex, managing a significant portfolio of 4 buildings and 469 units. This success continued through the acquisition by JLL, where I seamlessly transitioned to manage the combined sites, encompassing a total of 704 units.
Seeking to broaden my expertise, I joined Pointcorp Rentals, where I played a key role in property management and new settlements for large-scale estates. Additionally, I oversaw the residential buildings within their portfolio, including Vida West End, Magnus Kangaroo Point, Maxwell New Farm, and Fabric Teneriffe.
This experience solidified my ability to manage diverse property types and deliver exceptional service.
Driven by a desire to further elevate my skills, I pursued roles at Asset Realty and Ray White Runaway Bay. As Senior Property Manager for the Sovereign Island Portfolio, I gained invaluable experience managing high-end properties catering to discerning investors. This exposure honed my expertise in handling complex client needs and navigating the luxury market.
